Can I test out a social event before I become a member?
Yes, we would love to have you join us for a trial. All you need to do is sign up for a $30 trial membership and RSVP for the event you would like to attend. Please note that not all of our events have trial membership space available and some social events require an admission fee. These are directly payable to the institution we are visiting.
Who is included in a membership?
Family membership is for two named adults and up to four children under 18. If you wish to add a child over 18, we would be happy to include them. Just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
How do I join? How much does it cost?
Become a member by signing up here. A one-time payment of $250 keeps your membership valid for one year from the day you join. Some events require the purchase of an additional (usually discounted) ticket directly from the institution.
When do I get billed?
When you sign up, we bill your card immediately, and begin preparing your new members pack.
I am a member. How do I RSVP for events?
Go to the Login and Join page and login to begin RSVPing for your events.
I am a member. Can anyone use my pass?
No. Membership benefits and passes are not transferable. However, members at all levels can be accompanied by at least one guest 2 times a year. Members are asked to show a photo ID when picking up tickets at a social check-in and at any partnership organization which offers tickets and discounts.
I would like to bring a guest to an event. Is this possible?
Yes, we allow you to bring 2 guests to our socials each year – you simply need to add your guest to the RSVP form.
Are there any rewards for me if I refer a friend?
Yes! We thrive off this wonderful natural networking, and want to help you include your friends as we share our great experiences with you. Our referral benefits rotate monthly from our partner organizations. Just have your friend enter your name when signing up as a new member and we will be in touch with free tickets, admission passes, etc.
I purchased an annual family membership but I am unable to use it. Do you offer refunds?
No. Memberships are not refundable in whole or in part.
However, we understand that life happens and sometimes people move. If you move within 45 days of activating your account, we will refund 50% of your membership fee.
I want to give a membership as a gift. Is this possible?
Yes. Please provide us with your billing information and the recipient’s mailing address. We will send the new member package directly to the recipient along with a hand-written note letting them know you sent it!
How much of my membership purchase amount is tax deductible?
No amount of your membership as purchased is tax deductible. We are an LLC at present.
